The Online Nail Educator of the Year is a passionate and skilled professional who excels at teaching and inspiring the next generation of nail technicians through a digital platform/s. They are experts in nail artistry, techniques and industry best practices, delivering high-quality education that is engaging, accessible and transformative.

With a deep understanding of online learning, they create courses, tutorials, and live sessions that cater to all skill levels, using clear instructions, innovative teaching methods and interactive content to ensure student success. Their ability to break down complex techniques into easy-to-follow steps makes them stand out as an exceptional educator.

They stay ahead of industry trends, continuously updating their curriculum to include the latest techniques, products and business strategies. Their impact goes beyond teaching - through mentorship, motivation and a commitment to elevating the nail industry.

The educator must have successfully educated at least 20 students to gain a nail qualification from 1 February 2024 – 1 February 2025.

JUDGING

Once the entry deadline has passed on 10 March 2025, all entries will be judged and five finalists in this category will be announced on 18 April 2025.

These finalists will be required to allow temporary access to their online platform to the judges, so their platform and training courses can be reviewed. All instructions and details will be sent to finalists after 18 April.

Judges will score against a number of criteria. The scores will be tallied to determine the winner of this category who will be announced at the Scratch Stars Party on Sunday 6 July 2025.

Answers must be given in less than 300 words. Text over 300 words will not be read or considered. Please do NOT use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate your answers. Any entries have more than 20% AI influence will be disqualified.
