The Nail Team of the Year is a group of talented, dedicated professionals who work seamlessly together to deliver outstanding nail services, innovation, and excellence in the beauty industry. This team embodies skill, creativity, and teamwork, setting new standards for quality and customer experience.

They are a team of four nail professionals or more that have worked together on at least three occasions since 1 February 2024. This could be within a salon, a session/events team or an education/training team.

Beyond technical ability, they thrive on collaboration and unity, supporting each other to create a positive and inspiring unit. The Nail Team of the Year makes an impact in the industry by either participating in competitions, mentoring aspiring nail technicians or leading through innovation and group work. Their dedication to excellence, teamwork and creativity sets them apart.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once the entry deadline has passed on 10 March 2025, all entries will be judged and five finalists in this category will be announced on 18 April 2025.

Testimonials and examples of team success will be requested. These will be assessed alongside the finalist's entry material against a number of criteria points by a specially selected panel.

Scores will be tallied to determine the winner of this category who will be announced at the Scratch Stars Party on Sunday 6 July 2025,
