Judging this month’s entries are Light Elegance UK co-owners & educators, Jojo Wickens and Leila Monroy, and Scratch deputy editor, Rebecca Hitchon.
The prize
The winner of February's Scratch Snap will receive Light Elegance's Happy Vibes neon collection in either ButterCream and Glitter Gel, or P+ Colour and Glitter Gel Polishes (depending on qualifications), as well as the LEDdot Gen4 Lamp.
