Are you an E-file tech that wants to surround yourself with like-minded E-file users, while boosting your product understanding?

Willow Academy Ltd has launched The E-file Society: a judgment-free community space to help pros do just that.

“The Society allows Willow to share knowledge with our customers, and provides members with a safe space to chat and ask for help, continue their professional development, learn about upcoming Willow events and products, and be inspired to try new E-file bits and techniques,” says Lucy James, founder & CEO of Willow Academy Ltd.

“As a self-employed tech for over 12 years, I know how lonely the nail industry can be. It is invaluable having people to turn to, to ask about any challenges – no matter how big or small, and seek reassurance from.

The E-File Society has been inspired by and created as a thank you to our valued customer base.”

Lucy continues: “The biggest unique selling point of The E-file Society is the knowledge we can share. We describe every customer as part of the Willow family, and have always tried to support them with education and support. Unfortunately, Instagram doesn’t seem to promote in-depth, informed videos, so we have not been able to guide Willow customers as we much as we would like.

“Via The Society, we can invest time into our customers, just like they have invested in us, and offer tips and tricks in masterclasses, theory-based seminars, workshops and events.”

The first major event for The E-file Society will be a summer ball in 2025. “As The Society grows, we plan to offer a second subscription in the form of a more in-depth, masterclass-style learning platform,” Lucy shares. “We also have some other exciting plans, but don’t want to give away all our secrets just yet. You’ll have to sign up and see!”
