Techs receive intense nail training at Crystal Nails camp

Crystal Nails UK hosted a Nail Camp; a five-day intensive training event at which attendees learned to perfect a number of nail techniques.
Held within the grounds of Writtle University College, Chelmsford, the four Crystal Nails UK absolute master international educators guided delegates through technical and art-based techniques.
Karina Parametko revealed how to achieve great gel polish and ombre techniques on natural nails while Karolina Tryc from Crystal Nails South London introduced participants to Crystal Nails Fusion Gel and how to create stunning salon nails. The following day, Karina showed how to use Fusion Gel to create extreme nail shapes.
After each demo, participants were given the opportunity to test and perfect their newly learnt skills under the watchful eyes of the Crystal Nails educators.
Paulina Zdrada from Crystal Nails Leeds stepped up to show some stunning plastellin designs using Crystal Nails Lace Gel, as well as the effective and fun ‘crazy ombre’. Karolina showed ways to create beautiful 3D designs using gels, whilst Karina also showed a new way to produce one stroke art using Crystal Nails Art Gels. Amanda Hawtree-Taft showed the popular Matt Magic Gel painting technique.
“This was the second year that I have attended Nail Camp and it won’t be my last,” comments Melanie Lewendon, an independent educator at Melanie Lewendon Nails & Beauty Training.
“The content was amazing and I learnt so much. Each technique was expertly taught with enthusiasm and skill and I’m already excited for the third Nail Camp.”
On the final day, everyone was invited to take part in an assessment to showcase their new skills and the results of this, plus evidence from the previous days, waas collated by the educators to award special certificates to participants who had shown outstanding skills in certain techniques. ABT accredited certificates were granted to each participant on completion of the Nail Campus.
One special award was given to the top achiever; the Crystal Nails Nail Camp Master. This year, Remigija Jepicenko took home the title.
