Staffordshire nail technician scoops PHAB Service Stars accolade

Cheryl Walker, a nail technician from Dudley, Staffordshire, has been awarded a PHAB Service Star; a measure of service and performance excellence in the hair and beauty sector.

The owner of Cheryl’s Nail Design Ltd had her practice assessed rigorously during the process, with the PHAB Service Stars organisation measuring criteria including hygiene and environmental practice, repeat custom, testimonials and retail sales.

Cheryl’s previous accolades include Scratch Stars Gel Tech of the Year 2016 and Nail Tech of the Year at the English Hair & Beauty Awards 2017.

The talented nail professional was presented with her PHAB Service Star by one of her clients of 24 years [pictured], who travels for around an hour every fortnight for a nail service by Cheryl.

“I couldn’t have asked anyone else to present this certificate to me,” exclaims Cheryl. “I am so proud to hold a PHAB Service Star.”
