Staffordshire Nail Academy announces new premises & courses for techs

Staffordshire Nail Academy has announced that it will be moving its training courses to a bigger premises in Cannock, and expanding its training offerings for new and existing techs.
Run by husband and wife team, Andy and Hannah Garbett, the duo has a vision to be a leading provider in the nail sector, and alongside training they distribute brands including Astonishing Nails and Jacky M Amsterdam.
Hannah, who boasts 14 years in the nail sector, scooped the Nail Educator of the Year award at the NBL Awards 2020 and is a finalist in the Scratch Stars Awards 2020 for Educator of the Year.
The expansion of the academy welcomes the opportunity to attain a Level 3 Award in Education & Training and SNA Educator Advancement. The five-day intensive course will help delegates to identify their own roles, responsibilities and boundaries in relation to training, and well as explore a number of teaching and learning approaches.
It will also demonstrate session planning skills and deliver inclusive sessions to motivate learners and identify the use of different assessment methods.
In addition, make-up classes, advanced lash training, hair stylist courses and beauty courses will be available.
The academy will also encourage in-salon student placements and introduce an ambassador scheme and salon supply store.
