Scratch Stars Awards 2024: Techs battle it out across 8 categories at live judging day in London

Forty nail pros from across the UK & Ireland descended on London on 20 May to compete in the Scratch Stars Awards 2024 technical and artistic categories in the bid to win a trophy and top title.
The eight categories: L&P, Gel, One Stroke, Mixed Media, Nail Stylist, Natural Nail Specialist, Gel Polish Stylist and Polish & Paint required finalists to complete a practical task in a one hour session, before answering three interview questions. Scored by a prestigious panel of judges, finalists were assessed not just on technical skill, but business acumen, industry knowledge, passion and client care: all factors that make a Scratch Star.
