OPI reimagines the metallic nail trend with Neo-Pearl collection

OPI has released the Neo-Pearl collection for spring 2020.

The 12-piece collection sees a palette of iridescent pinks, purples, blues and nudes; combining natural translucence and luminosity for a soft and modern update to the metallic nail trend.

Influenced by the appearance of pearls on runways and red carpets, Neo-Pearl sees its whimsical feminine qualities combine with bold chrome undertones for elegantly radiant hues. Icy blues and greens feature alongside classic nudes infused with notes of blush, rose and lilac.

“Pearls will always be a classic, but this Neo-Pearl collection offers a refresh that’s totally chic and modern – and updates the formerly trending chrome and metallic look,” says OPI co-founder and brand ambassador, Suzi Weiss-Fischmann. “We are seeing pearls resonate as a key design influence and aspiration, and I’m excited to translate that style into something wearable for nails.”

Finally, we’re bringing the look to nails. Hero shades Shellabrate Good Times! and Glisten Carefully! are fresh takes on traditional ivory and lilac – two hues that are always on trend for spring.”
