Beauty trade event, Olympia Beauty, and its associated competitions, have been postponed to 3 & 4 October 2021.
Challenges and restrictions brought on by the coronavirus pandemic have led the organisers to make this decision, which was due to take place at Olympia exhibition centre, 4-5 October 2020.
Olympia Beauty show director, Ian Archbold, comments: “This has not been an easy decision, but it comes following careful consideration of the health, safety & wellbeing of our visitors and exhibitors.
“As event organisers, we feel we would be doing the beauty industry a disservice by insisting that the show and its associated competitions go ahead for 2020.
Nailympia London, the flagship Nailympia competition held at Olympia Beauty, has been postponed to 2, 3 & 4 October 2021.
Nailympia global director, Alex Fox, comments: “The Covid-19 pandemic has thrown up many challenges and obstacles in the areas of health & safety, arena risk assessments, social distancing and travel.
“For the mental health and the happiness of all involved, the best route is to postpone this annual nail event. I am keen to keep the event for 2021 in line with 2020 and will not be making any changes to the itinerary.
