Nouveau Lashes wins The Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade

Nouveau Lashes has been awarded The Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade.

Renowned for its individual lash extensions and LVL natural lash treatment, Nouveau Lashes is a global brand co-founded by two of the UK’s leading permanent cosmetics artists, Bridgette Softley and Karen Betts.

The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise is the highest official UK awards for British businesses, is split into four categories including Innovation, Sustainable Development, Promoting Opportunity Through Social Mobility and International Trade, and is open to British business and other organisations.

Earning it’s award-winning status, Nouveau Lashes continues to trade across 52 countries around the world, consistently growing in sales and expanding into new markets, with its export performance contributing to a 41% increase in turnover last year.

Following the award, there will be a presentation ceremony conducted at the Nouveau Lashes head office, conducted by the Lord-Lieutenant of the County as Her Majesty The Queen’s representative. The awards consist of a Grant of Appointment, a commemorative crystal bowl and a presentational item bearing the emblem and Nouveau Lashes will also have the honour of flying The Queen’s Award flag at their premises. As well as this, Her Majesty The Queen hosts a reception at Buckingham Palace for representatives of the winning companies, which will be attended by Bridgette Softley later in the year.
