The National Hair & Beauty Federation (NHBF) has opened its Top 100 Influencer Index to nominations.
The annual event recognises and rewards professionals in the hair, barbering and beauty industries whose social media presence ‘influences, educates and innovates our sector’.
First introduced post-COVID lockdowns, the event is now in its fourth year and celebrates those with an active clientele or column across the hairdressing, barbering, beauty, wellbeing or aesthetics industries, or those with applicable qualifications and a minimum of five years’ experience working in the industry. If also meeting the criteria, freelance and employed professionals can participate; however brand, salon, and barbershop nominations will not be accepted.
Last year, four nail pros sat proudly in the top 20:
- Scratch Stars multi-award winner, Kirsty Meakin of @kirstymeakin scooped fifth place.

- Scratch Stars Social Media Star of the Year finalist 2023, Charlotte Cliff of @charsgelnails_, got the 16th spot.
