NAIL PROFESSIONALS shine at beauty awards

The nail industry shone at the recent Professional Beauty 2017 Awards.
Fighting off fierce competition in their categories, Rebecca Abernethy of Matrix Nails and Beauty scooped Nail Professional of the Year, while Michelle Brookes’ Beauty Lounge was awarded Nail Salon of the Year.
Held in London, the gala awards night saw celebration as finalist gathered for the results across all of the award’s categories.
“I am so honoured and proud to have won Nail Professional of the Year 2017,” enthused Rebecca Abernethy. “I have achieved finalist position for four years consecutively. I kept working hard and thanks to that determination, I reached one of my ultimate career goals.
“I am thrilled with the award and title and am looking forward to an exciting future within our amazing and ever-growing industry. I hope to inspire others to take steps out of their comfort zone and never give up on their dreams and goals. Thank you to everyone for all your support and your nail love.”
