LeChat reveals global expansion plans & two new team members

Nail care brand, LeChat, has revealed plans to increase its global presence and enhance its education offerings in 2019 – so has employed two new executives to assist.

Herman Paez has joined the company at its headquarters in Hercules, California, as global sales director. In this capacity, he will bring LeChat products to the doors of more distributors and salons worldwide so that more customers can enjoy LeChat nail services.

A former salon owner, Herman has over 25 years’ domestic and international sales experience in the nail industry.

During this time, he has accrued accolades including Sales Manager of the Year and Educator of the Year.

Rise’ Carter is also joining the head office team in a newly created role at Le Chat; director of education. She will be creating new classes and workshops for the brand, helping to increase nail care and nail product education worldwide.

Rise’ has been in the nail industry for over 30 years and has a strong sales and education background. Previous roles have seen her lead trainings and facilitate numerous seminars, workshops and educator and sales programmes globally.

She has also co-authored a comprehensive educational manual that has been used in 65 countries.
