Inclusivity advocate to represent NHBF on Hair & Beauty Charity committee

Salon owner & National Hair & Beauty Federation (NHBF) board member, Louise Fordham, is to represent the organisation on the Hair & Beauty Charity committee.
Fordham, who joined the NHBF board in July 2024, takes over the charity role from NHBF chief executive, Caroline Larissey, who is focusing on her Federation leadership responsibilities.
For more than 150 years, the Hair & Beauty Charity has been offering practical and financial support to those in the industry who need it. The charity’s committee of 18 determine where funds and support should be directed, and comprises industry PRs, professionals and business owners.
Larissey comments: “Louise’s expertise and enthusiasm will undoubtedly strengthen the NHBF’s partnership with the vital Hair & Beauty Charity. As I concentrate on leading the NHBF, I’m confident that Louise will excel in this role and further our shared goals.”
Fordham owns Bespoke Hairdressing, Rugby, and is an advocate for creating inclusive, supportive work environments. She notes: “Through my role at the NHBF, I passionately advocate for practice that encourages creativity and diversity within our industry.” Her appointment ensures that the NHBF will continue to provide strong support and collaboration with the Hair & Beauty Charity, as well as fresh perspectives and ideas.
