Yesterday I took a trip to Bluewater, Kent, for a rather festive treat courtesy of Lecenté. After the success of previous events and the demand from glitter fans, the Lecenté Winter Event returned again this year.
On arrival, I was greeted the cheery tones of Christmas music and a glass of bubbles – and the festivities didn’t stop there. The event offered techs the chance to take a peek at the latest launches from the brand. Just in time for the party season, the Disco Balls collection sees four new chunky glitter shapes in four shades – Dancing Queen, Funky Town, Boogie Nights and Night Fever.
The new Lecenté T1 Silicone Multi Tool was also on display. The handy tool sees five different interchangeable nibs, as well as a screw top for storage of the tips in the barrel of the brush. The much-anticipated foil adhesive, Stick It!, was also on show, along with four new wintery foil designs too.
As well as the chance to try out the new products at two play tables, techs could glean tips and advice from creative director, Maria Cientanni, and brand ambassador, Jenny Nagorski. Set up at a demo table each, the pair showcased the festive nail art possibilities with the latest products, as well as offering the chance for techs to have their questions answered by the masters.
The event also saw the chance to scoop glittery prizes, too. Guests were invited to test their sparkling product knowledge by guessing the three glitters used on a nail tip, with the winner scooping a Christmas hamper full of glittering goodies.
The #LoveLecente frame was also out to ensure techs could snaps a shot with the floral frame. I managed to grab a snap with session tech, Stephanie Staunton, as well as grab a shot of Stephanie with fellow session stylist, Metta Francis.
As thank you from the Lecenté team, guests to the event were gifted a special rose gold G1 brush – as well as walking away full of festive cheer!
