Gelcare gel polish continues collaboration with photographer Gab Bois for SS22

Established in 2019, Canadian nail brand, Gelcare, was created by Emlie Sanscartier, founder of the popular Le Manoir nail salon.
Emilie’s time in the salon allowed her to bring her expertise as a nail artist and salon owner to her brand, which has announced a second collaboration with fellow Montreal artist, Gab Bois.
Gelcare first teamed up with Bois for a Christmas themed Gelcare collection, and the relationship continues for the spring/summer 2022 range.
A spokesperson for Gelcare comments: “To bring further life to our colours, we are excited to continue our collaboration with artist Gab Bois. Gab is best known for her witty photography that transforms everyday objects from mundane to memorable and her unique point of view.”
Looking to encourage individuality and authenticity, Gelcare’s easy to apply, on-trend gel polish collection offers a range of shades from bold to pastel, to suit every style and personality.
Gab Bois utilised her photographic talents to create nine images for the campaign, to represent each of the new shades.
The shades in the collection are:
- Archive Beige – a creamy neutral that balances warm brown with cool white
- Barbara Pink – a bright plastic-pink
- Cornflower Blue – a creamy blue with a hint of purple
- Jelly Mango – a pigmented yellow-orange
- Kelly Green – an intense, vibrant green
- Polly Pink – a pastel vinyl-pink
- Toro Sashimi – a bright, coral red
- Wasabi – a toned-down pastel green with a hint of nude
- Watermelon – magenta pink with a hit of cherry red
