Furious Filer scoops top spot in OPI nail art competition

Marta Nagorska of Furious Filer has been awarded the top spot in an OPI nail art competition. The competition, which was run in conjunction with the Wella Trend Vision Awards, invited nail artists to create a design that represented OPI’s 2019 colour palette and current trends. Designs were to be created using OPI nail products exclusively, and then uploaded to social media.
A judging panel, including Scratch’s managing editor, Helena Biggs, scored all entrants on a number of criteria (including originality and ‘wow’ factor), with Marta’s fresh take on tortoiseshell scoring the most points. She wins a one-to-one mentoring session with an OPI educator as well as the OPI spring/summer 2020 nail collection in GelColor, Infinite Shine and Lacquer.
Marta’s creation will also be entered into the International Trend Vision Awards, where she has a chance to win a place at the ITVA Creative Hub in Seville in March.
