Eatow Safe Space Blm

Eryca Freemantle (founder of Embracing All Tones of Women – EATOW) and her industry friends have launched Safe Space, a free webinar series.

An open, non-judgemental, non-religious environment, this series is aimed at predominantly but not exclusively, B.A.M.E. individuals within the creative and beauty industries.

It’s open to females and males over 18 years of age, who are seeking some wellbeing guidance during these strange and difficult times.

Everyone is being affected by the 2020 pandemic and many are not sure where to go for good support, advice and some comfort. This series will air every Sunday night and promises to be a place where answers can be found and direction given on all manner of topics.

Eryca Freemantle

Eryca Freemantle, a life coach, mindful & wellbeing expert and global beauty strategist, will go live every Sunday at 8pm to share her own powerful story of how she’s survived 48 years battling with depression, while showing that with the right attitude and support around you, you can not only survive, but thrive.

Every Sunday night Eryca will invite a guest to share how they’ve been navigating their profession through these delicate times. The first event kickstarts with EATOW ambassador and influencer, Erica Matthews on 11 October 2020.

Safe Space provides and promotes self-care and mental health stories, wellbeing and emotional support for those first and foremost in the beauty and creative industries, however, it is an inclusive space and welcomes from further afield – it’s all about being supported and comforted while being given the tools to aid your own personal journey.

Safe Space is a black-led community that is all inclusive. If you feel you’re suffering in silence – join this community and get the guidance you need for your personal and professional needs.

This webinar room is to help people feel more confident and deal with their mental wellbeing. The most important thing to remember is, ‘there’s no such thing as perfection’, it’s all about embracing the skin in which you live.

This community is built through hosting dynamic talks in a safe space on Zoom, every Sunday 8pm-9pm with E.A.T.O.W.
