Natural skincare, bathing and cleaning brand, Cosy Cottage Soap, has become the first independent retailer to stock Navy Professional hand and cuticle care products.

The two Yorkshire based companies have been working together since 2019, when Navy Professional’s founder, Rebecca Crawforth, approached the company to manufacture a cuticle balm. Since then, Cosy Cottage Soap has expanded the Navy range, developing a hand balm, scrub and mask, wax melt, luxury candle, and massage and pulse point oils.

All are handmade in Cosy Cottage Soap’s workshop in Malton, North Yorkshire, and feature Navy Professional’s signature scent of rose, sandalwood, amber and orange blossom.

These products will now be sold direct to consumers from Cosy Cottage Soap’s shop in Malton’s marketplace, as well as being available for trade via Navy Professional’s website, which offers tools, hygiene products and skincare items for beauty professionals.

“We are excited to see how well received our products are by customers in Malton,” comments Rebecca Crawforth. “We truly believe that British manufacturers produce some of the highest quality products in the world. Not only does the Cosy Cottage team work with us to create fantastic products that are cruelty, plastic and palm oil free, but they are always enthusiastic and the fact they are based down the road is a bonus!”

Clara Challoner Walker, founder of Cosy Cottage Soap, adds: “We love working with brands such as Navy Professional who appreciate the importance of using natural and sustainable ingredients in recyclable, plastic-free packaging. The Navy Professional range is kind to hands and our planet, and we’re pleased to be able to share it with shoppers in Malton. We admire Rebecca and the team’s ethos and drive to champion quality British manufacturers, and it is great to be a part of the Yorkshire business’ success story.”
