CND™ distributors experience ‘the unexpected’ in Morocco

Sweet Squared, UK distributor of CND™, joined fellow distributors of the brand in Marrakesh, Morocco for the CND™ a conference with the theme: deliver the unexpected.

The three-day International Distributor Conference saw 86 delegates from 60 countries come together to CND™’s brand ‘personality’; authentic, innovative, creative, stylish and professional.

Attendees from the UK were Sweet Squared founders, Samuel and Samantha Sweet, with S2 head of marketing, Albena Cant, and S2 head of sales, Fiona Wallace.

The conference was opened by David Carvalho, Revlon’s global president of portfolio brands & head of North America Pro. He discussed CND™’s continued dedication to developing professional-only products.

CND™ co-founder, Jan Arnold, was joined by Dr David Valia of CND™ R&D in delivering main-stage presentations.

Welcoming delegates throughout was Denise Dente who also hosted IDC guest speakers, each with a brand exercise and success story to share with and inspire their fellow CND™ partners.

The climax of the trip for many was a live and silent auction led by Denise Dente and Jessica Quick, selling iconic CND™ imagery adapted with a modern ‘unexpected’ twist, which raised $15,000 for a children’s school outside of Marrakesh.

Delegates were treated to a thrilling trip, packed with exciting presentations, authentic Moroccan cuisine and dance performances, as well as team ‘challenges’ such as bartering in the Medina and fundraising activities for a local school.

CND™’s parting message was; deepen the experience of perfectly polished nails – invigorate the power of touch and thrill and always delight with creativity!
