CEW UK has enhanced its annual Young Executive Programme to provide increased support, training and mentorship opportunities for aspiring individuals looking to start or progress their career in the beauty industry.

Sallie Berkerey, managing director

The organisation has promoted the British beauty industry for over 28 years and has a vision of nurturing and cultivating the long-term growth of the UK’s beauty sector.

Specifically designed for members under the age of 35, the programme focuses on building professional skills, one-to-one mentoring and career development sessions, as well as hosting intimate events to maximise the opportunity to engage and learn.

This year will also see the introduction of a new CEW awards platform to recognise and celebrate the young people achieving greatness and helping to push the industry forward.

The Young Executive Programme is run by a select group of Board members including Sarah Brown, Founder of Pai Skincare, Clare Horner, Beauty Director at Harvey Nichols, and Alison Page, Client Development Advisor at Boom Radio. Each Board member is directly involved in shaping the programme, helping to secure inspiring speakers and trailblazing mentors.

Sallie Berkerey, CEW Managing Director, commented: “Never has the Young Executive Programme been more important or had more to offer. Our industry is a vibrant and inspiring community, this programme harnesses their knowledge, expertise and drive to ensure those entering the industry are armed with the skills and desire to succeed.”
