Online beauty platform, Cosmetify, has analysed Google search data to reveal the UK’s biggest questions surrounding skincare, brows and eyes, haircare and make-up.

The top 10 most searched beauty questions in the UK (according to their Google search volume) are:

  1. How to get rid of spots? (8,900 searches)
  2. How to cut your own hair? (8,000 searches)
  3. How to get rid of blackheads? (7,000 searches)
  4. What is microblading? (5,800 searches)
  5. How to get rid of dandruff? (5,500 searches)
  6. How to whiten teeth? (5,000 searches)
  7. How often should you wash your hair? (4,900 searches)
  8. How fast does hair grow? (4,600 searches)
  9. How to remove gel nails? (4,400 searches)
  10. How to get rid of cellulite? (4,000)
