Author, speaker and international expert on massage, Beata Aleksandrowicz, has launched a new interactive concept called ‘Ask Beata’ to support therapists, spa directors and managers.
Beata, the creator of the Pure Massage Spa Training Method, provides spas worldwide with advanced training in a modern concept of massage and is an advocate on educating people about the importance of touch, massage and spiritual growth.
Beata aims to share her knowledge with spa and wellness practitioners around the world with social media led ‘Ask Beata’ sessions. Appearing on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook, she will also convene interactive sessions on Facebook Live where industry professionals can join the conversation to ask questions and hear the feedback from other participants – to expand knowledge and understanding in the wider world of wellness and wellbeing. People can submit their questions in advance via the website or on social media via Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. They can also join the conversation and pose their questions live.
The first ‘Ask Beata’ will take place on Friday 17th May at 12.20pm (UK time). Some topics that Beata expects to discuss include workplace wellness, changing the perception of massage, self care routines, how to recognise and prevent burnout, signature massage, injury-free techniques, authenticity in the spa, profit vs people, the future for therapists, sexual harassment and ‘what advice can I give’ – the red line.
Join the Facebook Live via www.facebook.com/Beatas.Page and questions can also be submitted via www.puremassage.com/ask-beata
