Astral Brands acquires nail & cosmetics brand, Butter London

Colour cosmetics brand, Butter London, has been acquired by Atlanta based company, Astral Brands. Best known for its lacquer range, Butter London was founded in 2005 by British entrepreneur, Sasha Muir, with the help of London fashion manicurist, Nonie Creme.
The move will serve to develop Butter London’s make-up offering, as Astral offers expertise in this area with brands CosMedix and Aloette already in its portfolio, and the acquisition will afford access to greater digital and financial resources.
