Scratch Stars award-winning salon brand, Townhouse, tended to the nails of award-winning actress & singer, Lucy Hale, in its newest location: Beverly Hills, California.
Hale, best known for her role in TV teen drama, Pretty Little Liars, enjoyed a Signature Gel Manicure with BIAB / Super Gel Overlay service and shared her experience on Instagram, writing:
