Wrap up warm with this starry cable knit design tutorial by Julie-Anne Larivière using Salon System products, available from wholesalers nationwide.
Step 1
Prepare the nails. Cleanse nails with Gellux Profile Prep + Wipe. Apply Gellux Fast Bond to nails and let dry for 30 seconds. Apply Gellux Easy Off Base Coat, and cure.
Step 2
Apply Gellux Gold Rush Gel Polish to the little finger, Gellux Inky Blue Gel Polish to the ring finger and Gellux Emerald City Gel Polish to the middle and index fingers. Cure and then repeat.
Step 3
Dip a nail art brush into Gellux Gold Mine Gel Polish and create small stars on the ring finger and some slightly larger ones on the index. Cure.
Step 4
Using a fine detailer brush dipped in Gellux Purely White Gel Polish add some small dots and strings around the stars on the ring finger. Then, add strings to the index finger and outline each star and cure.
Apply Gellux Shiny Top Coat Gel Polish to the index, middle and little fingers and Gellux Matte Top/Base Coat to the ring finger, and cure. Wipe all nails with Gellux Prep&Wipe.
Dip a nail art brush in Gellux UV/LED Hard Gel Clear Builder and create a knitted pattern on the middle finger. Do not cure.
Step 5
Pour some clear Gellux Acrylux Powder Crystal Clear over the entire nail on the middle finger. Cure. Dust off any excess powder with a soft brush and apply Gellux Nail & Cuticle Oil.
