Ombré with Gelish Dip
Step by Step
Discover how to create a pretty ombré nail effect using the Gelish Dip system, available via Nail Harmony UK.
Step 1
After completing your nail prep, apply Dip PREP to all nails and let air dry.
Step 2
Apply a thin coat of Dip BASE COAT.
Step 3
Dip the PRO 9 BRUSH into the MAKING WAVES Dip powder and sprinkle around the cuticle area.
Step 4
Dip the Pro 9 brush into the TIME TO SHINE dip powder and sprinkle along the free edge of the nails. *Use two clean brushes before dipping into a different colour.
Step 5
Brush off excess powder. Apply a second coat of Dip Base Coat.
Step 6
Repeat step 3. Then repeat step 4.
Step 7
Apply Dip ACTIVATOR to all nails and wait 20 seconds.
Step 8
Apply Dip Base Coat to seal the nail and allow air dry.
Step 9
Smooth and refine the surface with 100/180 buffer.
Step 10
Apply Dip Activator to all nails and wait 20 seconds. Remove excess product with a dry lint-free wipe.
Step 11
Apply 2 thin coats of Dip TOP COAT, let dry for 5 minutes. Massage NOURISH CUTICLE OIL into skin surrounding the nail plate. Enjoy the finished look.
