Marvellous Marble with Anastasiia Morozova
Colour focus, Spring/Summer, Step by Step
“Alcohol inks are very popular at the moment!” reveals Anastasiia Morozova. “I love this style of nail art, I think it afford such an interesting effect. Don’t be surprise if your client will love the result even without blending the colours!”

Step 1
Prepare the nails for gel polish application. Apply a colour coat of white gel polish. Cure and wipe off the inhibition layer as the inks need to be applied to an un-sticky surface.
Step 2
Place two drops of yellow ink on each nail.
Step 3
Next, place smaller drops of brown and orange ink.
Step 4
Add drops of blue ink overlapping the colours already on the nail. As the inks air dry, there’s no need to wait too long for applying the next colour.
Step 5
Using alcohol, blend the colours with a brush. I used a smaller acrylic brush.
Step 6
Start to blend the colours little by little. Don't place too bigger drops of alcohol as it can flood the nail and mix the colours too much.
Step 7
Continue to mix the colours across all the nails.
Step 8
Apply your top coat. To add a little something extra to the design, use Swarovski crystals to frame the nail.
