Step 2

Step 3
Using Glitterbels Unbelievabel Gel in Black, outline each dot with an imperfect C shape to create the leopard design and cure.
Step 4
Apply Glitterbels No Wipe Topcoat, cure, then apply cuticle oil to finish.
