Step by Step
Get in your elements combining earth, air, water and fire for this colourful ombre design, created using shades from OPI’s Big Zodiac Energy collection.
Step 1
Prep the nails, and apply one coat of OPI Natural Nail Base Coat. Allow to dry. Apply two coats of OPI Nail Lacquer in Gemini and I. Allow to dry.
Step 2
Tear a piece of cosmetic sponge and apply OPI Nail Lacquer in #Virgoals to the torn edge of the sponge, dabbing the colour on the nail diagonally.
Step 3
Repeat step 2 with OPI Nail Lacquer in the shades Big Sagittarius Energy, Scorpio Seduction and Feelin’ Libra-ted overlapping the colours slightly to create an ombre effect, varying the pattern from nail to nail.
Step 4
Using an oval brush, pick up small pieces of gold leaf and gently press along the perimeter of the sponging. Allow to dry. To finish, apply a coat of OPI Nail Lacquer Top Coat. Allow to dry. Apply OPI ProSpa Nail & Cuticle Oil to each nail and massage in.
