Salon System nail expert, Karen Louise, creates a fun summery look featuring pink flamingos using Gellux gel polishes, available from wholesalers nationwide.
Step 1

Prepare nail and clean with GELLUX Prep & Wipe. Apply GELLUX Fast Bond and allow to dry for 60 seconds. Next, apply GELLUX Easy Off Base Coat then cure for 30 seconds using the GELLUX Express LED Lamp.

Apply a thin coat of GELLUX Bare Necessities to the thumb, middle and ring finger nails. Apply a thin coat of GELLUX Bubblegum Pink to the index and pinky finger, capping the free edge. Cure. Apply a second coat to all nails, capping the edges and cure.

Using a small detailer brush, create flamingo shapes on the middle and ring finger nails using GELLUX Bubblegum Pink. Cure.

Using GELLUX Lime Sorbet, create leaf designs with a small detailer brush on all nails except the thumb. Cure.

Using GELLUX Black Onyx, take a small amount onto the detailer brush and wipe off any excess, then apply the details to the flamingos and leaf designs. Cure.

Once you’re happy with the design, seal with GELLUX Clear Base/Top coat and cap the free edge. Cure, then wipe thte tacky layer with GELLUX Prep + Wipe then apply NAILLUX Cuticle Oil to finish.
