Step 1

Paint the base gel polish colour and cure. Either apply a matte top coat and cure, or wipe away the tacky layer so you aren’t working on a tacky base.

Step 2

Paint the shapes of the two main baubles using your chosen gel polish colour, and cure.

Step 3

Using a contrasting gel polish colour, outline the baubles and cure.

Step 4

Using the same gel polish colour as step three, paint your desired design on the bauble shapes. Cure.

Step 5

From the top of the nail and using the same gel polish hue, paint hanging strings to meet the baubles. Add two smaller bauble shapes in the background, also painting strings attached to them, and cure.
