We want to see what you’re wearing on your nails!

Leanne Furley, of Leanne Furley Makeup Artist, wears glitzy pink nails with an encapsulated feature nail using a pretty Cuccio hue from the recent Ballerina collection.

“Firstly, I prepped my nails and applied The Edge Nails white French tip to my ring finger nails and applied it’s clear stiletto tips to the rest of my nails before shaping them to my desired length and style.

“I then applied a small amount of LCN‘s Cosmiq One Component Resin F gel to my ring finger and, before placing it in the lamp, I added a band of chunky glitter to hide the smile line, along with the glitter dots that were in the pot. I then cured and encapsulated using the same LCN gel, which I also applied to all of my other nails and then cured again. After wiping away the inhibition layer, I then buffed over all of the nails.

“Then I used my newest purchase to paint my nails, which was Cuccio Veneer in Giselle’s Beauty from the Ballerina collection. I applied two thin layers of this and cured after each layer. I also then used the Cuccio Veneer top coat on all nails as it gives incredible shine, cured and then wiped away the inhibition layer and finally finished the look by applying Dadi’oil.

“The colour of my nails were inspired by a skirt that I had purchased ready for an upcoming holiday. I used the glitter in this way for an accent nail rather than just plain glitter – I love encapsulating glitters into my nail designs as I find it gives more dimension and enhances their shine.”
