WHAT I’M WEARING: Irene Wright, Bliss Nails by Irene Wright

Irene Wright, of Bliss Nails by Irene Wright, wears violet hues in a design that features lashings of chunky glitter, colour fades and marbling.

“I used Hazel Dixon’s HD Professional Nail System acrylic range as it is fantastic to work with and the colours are all super pigmented. I chose Iris for my lilac colour and teamed it with Polar White, Silk Rose and Crystal Clear. Glitterarty Nails is my go-to glitter company as they have such an incredible range and, for this set, I chose the stunning Arctic Wolf flake and Mega Mix Holographic Fuchsia chunky glitter as they are super sparkly and compliment the acrylic colours perfectly.

“I marbled Iris and Polar White for the ring fingers and added some Arctic Wolf flakes and Mega Mix Holographic Fuchsia for a bit of bling! For the index and little fingers, I used Silk Rose for my cover pink and did a colour fade using Iris. I also added a wave of the Holographic Fuchsia. I finished the set with a couple of full cover glitter nails using the stunning Mega Mix Holographic Fuchsia again for a beautiful sparkly set! I capped the whole design in the Crystal Clear acrylic and used Akzentz Shine On non-wipe top coat as it’s super shiny and very hard wearing.

“I love all the marble nails I keep seeing, so knew I wanted to incorporate that design into this set and I think the other nails completed the look. I’m so pleased with how they turned out and my clients are loving them – I have been asked to recreate them several times!”
