We want to see what you’re wearing on your nails!
Emma Stanton, owner of Nails 2 Inspire and educator for Rebecca Abernethy Training Academy, sculpted these bold stiletto nails as an alternative to the typical Christmas glitz and glam.
“I wanted to create a set of nails that reflected my bold personality but also had a Christmas feel, without the usual red and gold. I opted for a deep purple and silver with full–on bling to bring it all together.
“I sculpted these using Perfect Nails Extreme Forms. I love long nails on myself so these forms are fab. I started with my smile line first, using the reverse method technique to extend my nail bed. I also used Rebecca Abernethy’s new acrylic system in Cover Pink and Flawless Pink at the cuticle to create a softer look. Then, I used Glam and Glits acrylic in Leticia for the deep purple.
“To complement this look and give it a bit of an edge, I used glitter from Rebecca Abernethy’s range in Silver Ice for my middle fingers and the cut out section on my ring finger before capping the entire nail in clear. I finished off this look with beautiful gems from Dawnyb Gemz and a few Swarovski.”
