Vickie Elliott, of V Nails UK, reveals that nails with marble feature nails are popular with clients at the moment.
“I think this is such a popular design because of the versatility of the colours that can be used.
“I created the design by applying a couple of coats of two base Gelish colours, mixing them gently where the two colours meet and curing after each coat. For the dark marble colour, I used the acetone technique like you do with smoke-effect nails and kept going until I was happy with how it looked. Lastly, for a little sparkle, I used Gelish Top It Off and mixed a sprinkle of Magpie Beauty Glitter, applying a small amount to the nail using a striping brush and cured, before finishing with a coat of Top It Off.
“I personally love this design because it’s something a little different from a normal marble design!”
