Jodie Walley, Nail Artist & Educator, reveals metallics have been popular with her clients recently.
“I think the metallic look is so popular as it’s on trend and looks so effective! January is a dull month and my clients don’t tend to want bright colours just yet so this look gives them a natural colour but still sassy and stands out!
“I created this design with CND Liquid & Powder enhancements and then finished with The Gel Bottle Inc in Skyfall and Nightclub, as well as gunmetal grey foil and Swarovski Crystals.
“I love this look as the same theme runs throughout both hands but on different fingers, making them that little bit different. Foil is my absolute favourite nail art technicque – it’s the most simple to achieve but looks absolutely stunning and definitely stands out from the crowd!”
