Hazel McLachlan, nail artist at RubyBlu Salon Stirling has been creating press-on nails for her clients during lockdown, so they can keep their nails looking tip-top before returning to the salon.
This particular pastel set has attracted a lot of attention and demand. “My clients love the rainbow theme, as the rainbow has been symbolic for hope and happiness during the coronavirus pandemic.
“I created the design using Urban Graffiti Gel Polish from Naio Nails. The ring finger and middle finger nails have a base shimmer gel and freehand gel lines painted on top to give the illusion of the sun shining on the rainbow.
“I love this theme and design as it is fresh, fun and colourful. It’s the little things in life that can leave a lasting impression, and I hope that these nails give people something to smile about.”
