Skincare brand, BeautyLab, has returned to the set of the X Factor for another year to tend to the complexions of this year’s X Factor: Celebrity contestants.
The brand, which has partnered with the show for a number of years, reveals the hero product of The Chase star and celebrity contestant, Jenny Ryan, here:
The team recommended that Jenny use BeautyLab’s Glycowash 5%. One of the brand’s hero products, this skin-refining, oil-free foaming gel combines glycolic acid, encapsulated salicylic, pomegranate enzymes and soothing lavender. It cleanses, removes impurities, unclogs pores and clarifies to leave the complexion smoother, softer and brighter. It’s ideal for blemished, uneven or aged skin.

GLYCOLIC ACID – This removes the outermost layer of dead cells, to reveal brighter, fresher skin. It dissolves excess sebum, minimises the appearance of pores, smoothes away uneven skin texture and minimises discolouration.
SALICYLIC ACID – A beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) that smooths and softens. It clears the skin as it dissolves build-up of dead skin cells, while stimulating heathy cell growth. Also helps to reduce the appearance of blemishes and hyperpigmentation.
TEA TREE – An essential oil that is antiseptic, anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory. Particularly beneficial to acne, congested skin or problem skin.
POMEGRANATE ENZYME – Has anti-bacterial, antioxidant and gentle exfoliating properties to help prevent skin blemishes and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Hydrates and brightens the skin.
