Salon in the Spotlight: Glow Clinic, Ipswich

Sue Adams, owner of Scratch Stars Awards 2018 double finalist, Ipswich’s Image Beauty Salon, is celebrating the opening of her latest venture – an aesthetic clinic, Glow.

The success of the sister salon, Image Beauty, drove Sue to progress even further to provide a further range of advanced treatments. “Aesthetics are growing in popularity. I want to meet my client’s needs as much as possible to ensure customer loyalty and overall satisfaction,” explains Sue. As a result, Glow provides a range of advanced treatments and Sue is in demand for microblading treatments.

When it comes to the training, the team has a strong training ethos. “It is all about the natural progression of my staff. Myself and my employees are always learning and always growing to ensure extremely high levels of satisfaction,” states Sue. “I invest in my staff, making sure that they are always raising standards to create that instant success.”

Sue pride herself on her highly qualified therapists, and also has an onsite doctor based at Glow. Dr Cristina has over 10 years of experience with cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics. “As part of the business ethos of both Image and Glow, the way to deliver the best possible treatment is with an in-depth consultation beforehand,” adds Sue. “Clients will receive the cutting edge experience when they step into Glow.”

Spread across three floors, the clinic sees a feeling of tranquility, modernity and class. Its chic palette of yellow, blue and grey welcomes and with room specially tailored to the treatments on offer, clients are indulged and pampered in pristine surroundings.
