Salon in the Spotlight: Foxy Nails by Laura Jane, Great Yarmouth

Based near Great Yarmouth in Norfolk is Foxy Nails by Laura Jane. After needing a base for her beauty business, Laura Jane Mitchell found her place. “I was a mobile technician for five years but due to my disability I knew I had to get myself into a premises full time due to my health,” Laura explains.

“Now, my salon is based within a large unit which also has a baby shop, children’s play area and café. I officially opened here in October 2017 and haven’t looked back.”

With a space to call her own, Laura enjoyed creating a space personal to her. “My decor definitely reflects me as a person,” Laura smiles. “I love skulls and tattoos so the decor largely reflects that passion, as well as another of my loves – foxes.I love the grey black and white colour scheme. I still have some tattoo-themed art to add to the walls which I were specially made by a talented friend.

“I offer Gelish gel polish and Polygel services, as well as the full Magpie Beauty range of gel colour, glitter and dusts.”
