Business-savvy Bridget O’Keeffe launched a blow dry bar and beauty salon in 2015, yet has since expanded her services to diversify her clientele.

“I wanted to include much more specialised treatments,” Bridget explains. “We now offer an aesthetics clinic with two doctors, a skin clinic led by Abbi Ingram, and a colour bar with celebrity colourist, Siobhan Jones.

“We have further plans to expand. After the internal expansion of the business, we are now confident that what we offer makes for a really successful business model and works well for our clients.

“We were the first to offer everything under one roof, and our approach to staff management gives each of our 32 team members the opportunity to thrive in their own right, in order to create a group of highly motivated and efficient staff who love coming to work and feel supported and satisfied.”

“We make sure that in everything we offer, we have the best staff to deliver the treatment.”

“Our doctors are highly experienced in aesthetics and have clients from all over the world who come and see them. Our beauty therapists give a flawless result without compromise.

“The hair team, under the guidance of our Creative Director Siobhan Jones, has a list of celebrity clients and are experts at both bespoke colour creation and colour correction. Our skin clinic, lead by Abbi Ingram, delivers incredible market leading results for our clients, no matter what their skin concern.”

The chic décor was chosen to create a relaxing and modern feel. “I was lucky enough to have a completely blank canvas to work with for the interiors,” Bridget remembers. “I opted for a cool colour palette of white and grey, with accents of gold and mint green.”

“I like to align ourselves with small boutique hotels which I think stems from the bespoke nature of our joinery, lighting and personalisation of soft furnishings.”

“Our hospitality ethos is one of inviting our clients into an extension of my home, and so the interior choices are all ones that would personally want in my own home,” she explains. “We still get lots of clients asking for names of paint colours and suppliers for when they are doing their home renovations which, in my eyes, is a win as far as making them feel at home!

“I think that our interiors appeal very specifically to our demographic which was intentional. We definitely attract a specific kind of client through our décor, and thus our treatments, customer service style and company culture are all mirrored in the aesthetic palette.”
