“I started up my own business three years ago after my family moved onto an old farm house,” smiles Amelia Butt. “The cabin was already set up with running water and insulation, so it was perfect for my dream cabin.
“My salon is unique as it’s easy to get to yet is hidden away and overlooks nothing but fields. It’s perfect for anyone that wants a relaxing and enjoyable experience.”
Offering a varied menu, Amelia offers nail, lash and waxing services, alongside HD Brows and many more. “I specialise in nail enchantments and gel polish treatments. I use a variety of my favourite brand, including NSI, The Gel Bottle Inc and CND™. I like to offer my clients the best brands so I have a few to select which product will best suit their needs.”
The cabin provides a cosy and quaint setup for Amelia’s services. “I like to try and keep the ‘cabin look’ decor with my salon as much as I can. All my clients and I love it.
“I chose pink and grey to complement the wood and flowers. I didn’t want the decor to be too modern as it wouldn’t suit the setup I have.
“I think the pink flowers bring out the flowers and the greenery of the trees and fields surrounding the cabin, while the grey furniture adds the perfect modern touch.”
