About Lecenté
Lecenté was founded in 2011 by brother and sister team, Ged and Maria Cientanni.
Previously an experienced nail technician and college tutor, fate stepped in when Maria broke her arm and was unable complete nail services for six months which saw her grab the opportunity to turn her hand to product development and the creation of high-quality glitters for professional nail services.
Lecenté quickly expanded, amassing distributors, partnerships and new team members and now offers a huge array of nail art products. Well-loved for its range of colours and effect, Lecenté has distributors all over the globe, serving professionals worldwide with its products and education.
Lecenté products are available via www.lecente.com / www.sweetsquared.com
Pro tip: When applying your top coat, ‘float’ it over the nail to ensure the design is not disturbed.
Slick tip: To ensure a smooth finish and avoid flooding the nail, start three quarters from the base of the nail and push the product up and outwards to the sides of the nail.
Ace application: When applying, ‘float’ the product over the nail. Smooth It! can also be used to help build shape, creating an apex and structure.
Slick tip: Lecenté’s Nail Shadows can be combined with Lecenté Chrome and Rainbow Powders to create colourful effects and mixed with Layer It! to create custom polish colours!
Stick tip: Use as few strokes as possible as overworking the product can affect the finished look. Work with the adhesive as you would a traditional nail polish.
Pro tip: Wait a full minute for Stick It to turn completely transparent. If you’re working across both hands, the first hand will normally be ready by the time you’ve finished the second. Your client’s body heat will help with the drying time.
Ace application: Use Layer It! very sparingly and work thinly.
Pro tip: For a super smooth finish, be sure to let Layer It! self-level before curing.
