Nail art boards: Lincolnshire salon showcases 150+ designs to help client choices

Nail tech, Holly Rogers, behind salon, Hr Beauty, has created a nail art mood board to help inspire clients on which nail look to choose.
The Lincolnshire-based tech loves nail art, she says, “I love to be creative when it comes to nail art, I have a stand in my salon with different designs to choose from if clients have no inspiration.”
As for her most popular nail art requests: “Gonks are a big hit all year round, and I love to give them a 3D nose to really enhance the art.”
She continues, “I really enjoy floral designs as there is a wide range of different techniques and colours to choose from. However, I love all nail designs, as each one compliments my client’s personality and style, while also giving me the creative freedom to put my own twist on it.”
Having trained with Gerbera Beauty Training in multiple beauty treatments, it was after complementing her Gel Nail course which sparked her passion for nails.
“Since then, I’ve trained with Blossom Academy Online to add builder gel to my services. This has become my most popular treatment and has given me the confidence to grow and find my passion for nail art,” she says.
As for her favourite products, she says, “I’m a Halo by Pure Nails VIP, and absolutely adore all of their products. However, my all-time favourite products to use are definitely the shades ‘Elise’ & ‘French White’.
She continues, “The Jellie Tips for nail extensions are also great to enhance the length before switching over to builder gel on the natural nails.”
“I’m over the moon with how far I’ve come in the past 5 years. I was a finalist for the Hair and Beauty Awards 2024 and cannot wait to be a part of it again in 2025, where I’m a finalist again.”
Holly shows her Halloween-inspired corner, opting for a pink theme.
Looking forward, she says, “ I’d love to offer nail courses and share my knowledge with beginner or qualified nail techs, especially focusing on the nail art side as I’m self-taught.”
