MANI MONDAY: Gold finger

Begin the week the right way with some nail inspiration this mani Monday!

Here at Scratch HQ, we’re all about an understated Christmas nail look – a design that is festive yet glam and on-trend for the Christmas party.

This twist on French tips by the team SoHo-based nail studio, Paintbox, achieves exactly that. The look sees metallic gold foil placed on the top half of the nail towards the free edge, leaving the lower half towards the cuticle a barely-there nude colour. Touches of gold hint towards a festive feel, however the design can be worn in any season.

Pair the look with a rounded nail shape and chunky knit or with a glamorous get-up for a party-worthy manicure.
