Day 5
Today, educator Galina Kokovikhina from Russia taught us how to create animal art using gel polish. She was an amazing tutor and broke down each step to show us shading, shadowing and placement. I learnt so many new techniques to share with my students. Keep your eyes peeled for our new Brillbird animal gel polish art course!
After lunch, we had our final exam of the trip. We had to create a tiger, showing all the aspects taught earlier in the day. I finished my exam early and decided to stay for another design and created a cute baby panda.
The evening saw us visit a Spanish restaurant with the Brillbird UK, Tenerife and Spain teams. We were told to wear white clothes and local guitarist came to sing to us, and we ended up singing to him!
It was a great way to spend our last night of the trip, and we are fuelled with excitement for the last day of education tomorrow and awards handout. Stay tuned to find out who scoops titles!
