6 tracks have been released on the new salon album A Day In The Sun produced by Gap Music

There are six tracks on Messers Jones and Gessey’s debut album – the first and certainly not their last as a recording duo. Both artists are well established and respected as solo artists in their own right. So this collective is highly anticipated. A bright and cheery guitar starts the journey – joined along the way by strings, piano and a nice turn of orchestration that swings in deep to give the album an intriguingly light and airy dimension.

With tracks such as ‘Afternoon In The Sun’, ‘A Garden Escape’ and ‘May I Have This Dance’, Stuart Jones and Bob Gessey deliver an album that is as crisp and fresh as a newly mowed lawn. The music is as endearing as it is enchanting and will give the salon a relaxed and calm ambience as it’s gentle waves serenade the corridors and treatment rooms too.
