Championed by the Samaritans, a charity well-known for its emotional support services, the day helps remind individuals that help is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for anyone struggling, or experiencing feelings of despair or loneliness. The event aims seeks to break the stigma surrounding mental health and encourage people seek support.
Encourage clients to open up by resharing information about the Samaritans’ services on social media. With the charity’s logo being green, you could also wear green on the day to show your support, offer green manicures, and donate a portion of profits to the charity.
